Staff were friendly, location was good
we came to relax - were looking for somewhere with a pool, sauna & gym. You advertised as having all 3. 1) the gym was 3 pieces of equipment located outside & mostly broken 2) 1 pool was closed & the other dirty 3) we had to pay extra to use the sauna.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location in the hills behind Chiang Mai was absolutely beautiful. The surroundings were filled with lush forests and we even had the chance to go on an elephant safari. The villas were stunning and the landscape was well-maintained with lovely flowers.
With its beautiful location in the hills and quality services, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent my Easter weekend at a resort surrounded by nature. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. the swimming pool was refreshing and fun to be in. Plus, breakfast was included in the promotion, which was great value for me.
Food was quite pricey compared to outside restaurants. it was a bit far from the city center, about a 45-minute drive.

Stunning Views and Friendly Staff
Spent my Christmas holiday at this resort and I loved the picturesque views of the mountains. The staff were accommodating and helpful, and their service was terrific. The resort has reliable shuttle transportation to downtown which saved me a lot of time. It was also great to see elephants roaming around the resort.
The resort is showing some signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom which needed upgrades. The spa's ambiguous hours confused me after a long day of exploring the city.

We recently enjoyed a relaxing stay in a quiet location surrounded by hills. the resort offered friendly service and a choice of clean, well-maintained rooms with kitchens and air conditioning. We were able to relax by the pools, borrow books and DVDs, and order nicely priced meals. the location is particularly good for those who enjoy the mountain views and peaceful nature walks.
It was a bit inconvenient to get to the city, and the eats at the resort restaurant did not match our tastes.
